Our team has assembled a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Task Force that will support each other through important conversations about diversity and inclusion. The D&I Task Force will identify initiatives that serve the underrepresented and minority communities.
Furthermore, the D&I Task Force will ensure employees have access to relevant materials needed to improve their overall diversity and inclusion understanding and awareness.
Through this work, employees will be enabled and encouraged as agents of change to address concerns head-on and facilitate change within our company and in society.
