Learn about ADA lawsuit trends impacting E-commerce and what you can do to serve more customers in 2021

Plaintiffs filed thousands of lawsuits in federal and state courts this year for inaccessible websites and apps. Unfortunately, retailers saw most (75%) of these lawsuits.

E-commerce companies that haven't had a lawsuit could still be losing customers as users with disabilities abandon their carts on difficult-to-use websites and apps.

In 2020, the beginning of 2021 and perhaps the foreseeable future, large numbers of customers will be shopping online and on apps, a trend escalated by the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic.

View this webinar to learn what it means to make your website and apps ADA compliant and practical strategies to defend against litigation and how to better serve customers of all abilities online.

This webinar will cover:

  • The Business case for ADA Compliance for E-Commerce
  • How Retailers became the industry facing the most ADA website and app lawsuits
  • 2020 lawsuit trends impacting retailers the most and what you can do about them
  • What to expect if you receive a claim
  • Best legal defenses and how you can reduce litigation risk while you work on accessibility
  • How to improve the digital buying experience for your customers with disabilities
