Dr. Patrick Viktor Born is an Associate in Fieldfisher’s Munich office, advising on all legal matters relating to commercial and distribution law. He supports national and international companies—primarily in the automotive, chemicals, and industrial goods sectors—on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across the supply chain, including purchasing, sales, logistics, production, and distribution, and also advises on consumer protection and other operational legal matters. Fluent in German and English, Dr. Born has a strong international background, having studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich and Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon. Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked as a Research Assistant and doctoral candidate at LMU, completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich, and gained experience at major international law firms, including more than three years in commercial law.
