Legal professionals: Join us as we cover the barriers listed in a typical website claim and the barriers listed in the recent DOJ guidance and demo how they impact a blind person

Thousands of ADA-based website claims are filed each year. Still, have you seen a demo with a person who has a visual disability on how the commonly listed barriers impact their experience? Join us for a new, free webinar designed for legal professionals.

This webinar will cover:

  • Top barriers found on websites across from the thousands of lawsuits filed in 2021 and 2022 and what the recent DOJ guidance highlighted as web barriers
  • Discussion and demonstration of how these barriers impact plaintiffs in ADA digital lawsuits
  • Actions you can recommend to your clients to avoid future lawsuit claims
  • UsableNet's two approaches for clients and how we support our legal partners
