Michelle also enjoys a successful, national employer advice practice that includes: state and national employee handbooks, policies, and procedures; workplace investigations; ADA compliance; human resource management and systems; supervisor training for employment and labor law compliance; multi-state employment applications, criminal background check compliance, and wage and hour audits.
Prior to attending law school, Michelle had a successful career in workforce development where she operated and managed employment and training programs for a private non-profit corporation under contracts from various state, federal and local governments. Michelle’s background in executive management and workforce development yields wide exposure to the challenges facing today's businesses.
