Find out what companies can learn from more than 4,000 Digital Accessibility Lawsuits

Download this webinar featuring UsableNet's Jason Taylor and Janelle Sahouria, Principal at Jackson Lewis where they discussed the latest on ADA-based digital accessibility lawsuits and trends. You'll learn what the more than 4,000 ADA-based lawsuits for digital accessibility filed last year can tell us about the best way for companies to address accessibility and get proactive to defend against ADA digital accessibility lawsuits.

Our speakers discussed:

  • Why ADA-based digital accessibility lawsuits are on the rise?
  • What do companies need to know about case rulings impacting the ADA lawsuit numbers?
  • Why are there more lawsuits against e-commerce and what other industries are vulnerable?
  • What your company might expect if you receive a digital accessibility lawsuit or claim letter
  • Why are companies with widgets and overlays for accessibility being sued?
  • How to get proactive to avoid lawsuits and deliver an accessible digital experience
